Intellectual property — images of children
All content on this site — including text, photographs, video, graphics, logos and the PL1 mark — is the property of PL1 Goalkeeping or its licensors, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright law.
No content from this site, including any photograph or video, may be downloaded, copied, screen-captured, reproduced, redistributed, printed, broadcast, posted to social media or otherwise used in any form, in whole or in part, without the explicit prior written permission of PL1 Goalkeeping.
Children's images carry both copyright and the data-protection rights of the individuals depicted. Unauthorised use of such images may infringe both, and may also breach the safeguarding policies of our affiliated football authorities. We will pursue removal and, where appropriate, further action against unauthorised use.
To request permission, contact data@pl1-hub.com.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: misuse the site or interfere with its operation; attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access; or use the site or its content in any way that breaches any applicable law or the rights of others.
Bookings, payments and refunds
Training places, events and store purchases are subject to availability and to the booking, payment and refund terms presented at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
If PL1 cancels a camp, everyone booked on it is emailed as soon as the decision is made, with the choice of a full refund of anything paid for that camp or moving the booking to another date. Where a booking used a free place from a membership allowance, that allowance is returned so it can be used on another date.
[PL1 TO CONFIRM: whether a customer may cancel their own camp booking, and up to when]
For physical goods bought from the store, see Delivery and returns below.
Delivery and returns
Delivery. Goods can be collected free of charge from training, or posted: Standard Delivery £3.99 (2–3 working days) or Next-day Delivery £5.99 (next working day). Delivery times are estimates and run from dispatch, not from the moment you order. We deliver within the United Kingdom.
Returns. You may return unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Goods must come back unused and in their original condition and packaging. Trying gloves on to check the fit is fine and will not affect your refund — but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept gloves that have been worn in training or a match.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning them. To start a return, email lee@pl1goalkeeping.co.uk and we will confirm the return address.
Faulty goods. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right at our cost — a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Your legal rights. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order and a further 14 days to return the goods, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
